This classic building in the heart of the New Town is now the centre of a fantastic festival hub, hosting some of the finest theatre, comedy and music from around the world. The Assembly Rooms hosts three spaces indoors: the Music Hall, Ballroom and Drawing Room, with a Spiegeltent (The Bijou) and a studio space (Front Room) outside on George Street.

Venue Description: The venue is fully accessible on the ground and first-floor areas for all visitors with mobility difficulties and accessibility needs via a lift or handrail assistance. There is no lift to the 2nd floor, and access is via steps only. On arrival at the venue via an automatic set of doors, there is a reception desk to the left with a receptionist happy to offer any assistance needed to navigate the venue. Access into the venue is flat, with no steps.
