Venue Accessibility For standing live band events, we install a small raised viewing platform to support wheelchair users with a clear view of the performance. Platform spaces are extremely limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis when booking tickets through the event promoter or ticketing partner. These spaces can only be requested by wheelchair users and must be arranged directly with the promoter for the specific event. Please note that the venue team cannot reserve or allocate places on the accessible platform. Due to the venue layout and safety procedures, the platform is reserved for wheelchair users. If you have additional access needs and are not a wheelchair user, please speak with a member of staff on arrival. Seating cannot be placed within the performance arena for safety reasons; however, seating is available in other areas of the site, and a fully accessible toilet facility is provided.
